Vocal Workshop Spring 2025

Guests Welcome – Free Event

Tuesday 8 April 8pm – 10pm, Trinity Methodist Church, Woking, GU21 4LH

Spend the evening with Woking Ladies Choir and two well-known jazz standards in our completely free vocal workshop! Led by musical director Julie Aherne and pianist Peter Ford, we’ll explore My Baby Just Cares For Me and I Wish I Knew How It Would Feel To Be Free, uplifting songs both famously performed by Nina Simone.

Although we’ll use sheet music (provided), no prior musical knowledge is necessary to enjoy the evening and singers of all levels are welcome.

Tea and cake provided in the break and a chance to chat with fellow singers.
